Il Consiglio di Facoltà di oggi aveva un tocco femminile che non guastava affatto. In assenza del Preside, presiedeva il Preside Vicario, Prof.sa De Pretis. Se siete in grado di ripetere tre volte questa frase a voce alta, avete le potenzialità per essere dei bravi oratori.
Per i nuovi lettori di questo blog: l'ordine del giorno non cambia dal 2000. Le questioni che riguardano gli studenti sono solitamente inserite nella macroarea "organizzazione didattica".

1. Comunicazione del Preside.
Il Preside Vicario ha letto una serie di comunicazioni del Preside su argomenti che non riguardano gli studenti.

New mentoring system.
As you surely know, the infamous Reform Cerea also provides a mentoring system. Some students (degree and 4 / 5 year degree), paid 16 € / h (!!!) will take care to include the first and second year students as they study at university, where to buy books, as interact with teachers, how to ingest the food of the canteen, etc.
The ratio of this system is to help the first and second year students to orient themselves within the university system to make more studies.

Visto che i soldi per la guida cartacea non ci sono (sono stati già spesi), per quest'anno bisogna accontentarsi di quello che c'è, per l'anno prossimo si valuterà la pubblicazione di una guida ridotta con le informazioni principali.

Laureandi triennali.
Alice Cannone (List One, lista vicina al movimento di Comunione e Liberazione) è intervenuta per chiedere che fosse data la possibilità ai laureandi triennali di laurearsi entro giugno 2009, anzichè marzo 2009, per potersi iscrivere alla specialistica all'a.a. 2008/09.

ECDL
Con il passaggio dal 3+2 all'1+4 si è fatta una vittima eccellente: il certificato ECDL. Un tempo era obbligatorio sostenere l'esame di almeno tre moduli e, pertanto, il certificato veniva in parte pagato dalla Facoltà. Da quando non c'è più alcuna obbligatorietà, chi vuole conseguire l'ECDL deve pagare tutti i moduli. Su sollecitazione di uno studente, il rappresentante Diego Ammirabile è intervenuto spiegando che, se la Facoltà vuole puntare sull'informatizzazione dei suoi studenti, deve intervenire a coprire almeno una parte delle spese per l'esame (ad esempio l'attivazione della skill card).
Il Consiglio di Facoltà si è detto favorevole a finanziare questa attività degli studenti, rinviando la determinazione del quantum a quando si saprà quel che è rimasto in cassa.
Stampanti
Sempre Diego è intervenuto, per far sapere al Consiglio di Facoltà del suo incontro con l' Ing. Chiasera , responsabile del Presidio informatico di Facoltà. In quell'occasione Diego aveva chiesto di adeguare quanto prima il sistema di stampanti della Facoltà al modello predisposto dall'Ateneo, già attivo a Ingegneria e Sociologia (500 stampe gratis all'anno a studente, quelle in più a pagamento). L'Ing. Chiasera aveva risposto che l'adeguamento avrebbe necessitato di "settimane o mesi". Il Consiglio di Facoltà si è detto favorevole to act to meet the demand of Diego, in line with the budget.

ERRATA:
In Section 3, "Guide to Colleges," I changed the phrase

I thought it was a work day and then I had not understood that it would take more than a week.
As I have often written, I think the Secretary's Office is composed of people very valid, but insufficient in number and organization to the size and complexity that has reached our faculty.

Il Consiglio di Presidenza ha già fatto 'o guaio (mancata pubblicazione della guida cartacea, pubblicazione solo in capitoli). Se a luglio avessero parlato con almeno un rappresentante degli studenti forse sarebbe andata in modo diverso.
Ma "se mia nonna aveva le ruote, non si doveva andare in autobus" (scusa nonna).
