I'm here to tell you that for some time for all owners of a mail with GMail you can change the signature included at the bottom of your mail. It until yesterday but you could put it in plain text or using cheats, but now you can change the way you like. This is also true for the Italian version to do it :-) ... just go to Settings and go to the voice signature.
