I am writing in relation to the preparatory aspects of the examination of" Private Law II "for everyone (sic) tests of the second year, as reported the guidance of a law degree (p. 13).

In the Faculty Council of October 24, 2007 was deferred preparatory aspects of "Private Law II," with the full consent of those teachers, for examination by the "Comparative Legal Systems" and "Principles of Community law."

For this semester, the preparatory aspects in question limits the possibility for students who have not passed the exam of "Private Law II", the exams of "Constitutional law and transnational European" / "Constitutional Law", "International law" and "Criminal Law and trans-European" / "Criminal Law".

should be in the next Faculty Council to proceed:
- suspension the preparatory aspects of "Private Law II" for the second year exams (I and II semester);
- review the preparatory aspects of the system, rather providing the preparatory aspects of "Private Law II" for the exams of third year ( at the bottom of a proposal to amend).

"Gli studenti non potranno sostenere esami relativi a insegnamenti del secondo anno e successivi
nonché esami complementari prima di aver superato gli esami di Istituzioni di diritto privato I e
Istituzioni di diritto pubblico. Non potranno altresì sostenere esami relativi a insegnamenti del terzo
anno e successivi nonchè esami complementari prima di aver superato gli esami di Istituzioni di
diritto privato II. Non è comunque possibile sostenere esami complementari prima del terzo anno"
