As you know I never loved the Student Council. Just read any of the posts on this body to understand it.
From now on I will not have the burden to show up!
Following the Reformation Ceredigion on progressive taxation (of which I spoke in a old post, but I invite you to follow on Friday, May 16 newspapers ), I and other colleagues ( Andrea La Malfa , Samuel Tadesse Beiene) we decided to to resign.
The reasons can be found in the letter that follows. It 'was written in the afternoon Thursday, May 15 under tight deadlines. Please forgive me if you find errors, not just my fault.

Le scriviamo per esprimerLe il nostro profondo disagio nell'analizzare gli ultimi fatti accaduti in Università in merito alla proposta Cerea e al ruolo del Consiglio degli Studenti.
La proposta fu presentata in Consiglio degli Studenti dal prof. Cerea. Il Consiglio degli Studenti avrebbe dovuto dare un parere in merito, ma a causa delle assenze dei componenti di due liste (ListOne e Miau) non è stato possibile formulare un parere collegiale. Il Consiglio di Presidenza ha quindi presentato il suo parere. Oggi osserviamo come la proposta sia sostanzialmente cambiata in alcuni aspetti cruciali nell’assenza almost total absence of criticism from those who should represent the students in the Board of Directors (by a strange coincidence is the same as the President's Committee of the Security Council).

As representatives of the Student Council does not consider properly entrusted to the Presidency, our task in formulating opinions: as representatives of the Faculty will not accept that these criteria are established in the Central Commission. It is not our intention to take part in an evacuation, in fact, the prerogatives of the Student Council and its already limited powers of leasing those rights to components that are not in grado di far presenti le esigenze delle singole facoltà.
Altra modifica comparsa, e che non condividiamo rispetto alla prima proposta Cerea, riguarda l'abbassamento delle tasse per le fasce di reddito dai 55000 € in su. Se si pensa di aver trovato risorse tali per cui è possibile diminuire le tasse, queste devono andare a favore delle fasce più basse. Anche perché in questa proposta le fasce più alte pagano proporzionalmente meno di quelle più basse. La fascia di 65000 € pagherebbe infatti una tassa di 1860 € (che corrisponde al 2,861% del suo reddito): la fascia di 35000 € pagherebbe 1080 € (il 3,085% del proprio reddito). Com'è possibile che chi sta meglio paghi proporzionalmente less of who is worse? Where is the progressivity of taxation?
