The Board of Directors today University Opera will be remembered in history as "brief."

2. Statement by the President
Among the important messages is the next Board meeting for June 9. The motivation of a Board of Directors so close that "we ran out of money." Apart from the pleasant jokes, they pass a time of hardship as a liquid. It 's still open the site of San Bartolomeo and others (more or less large) are being undertaken.
The Rome Opera has a credit of 10 million euro for the construction of San Bartolomeo. But if Rome did not come from money, there is very little to do. Therefore, adjustments must be made of the budget for reperire nuovi liquidi (si pensava di non comprare più carta igienica negli uffici).

Ecco l'unico argomento di interesse. Le questioni affrontate sono essenzialmente due:
- la qualifica di studente "fuori sede";
- la Riforma Cerea.
- Quanto alla prima: l' ultima volta su questo punto si era acceso un focoso dibattito al termine del quale si era deliberato per qualificare come studenti "fuori sede" solo coloro che scelgono di alloggiare nelle residenze dell'Opera. A quel dibattito sono seguite riflessioni fuori dal CdA, al termine delle quali si è deciso per mantenere il precedente sistema.
In questa occasione si è pertanto deliberato per ripristinare la vecchia norma (tanto rumore per nulla).
- Sulla Riforma Cerea: si è preso atto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato per il mantenimento del sistema di esonero parziale e totale per gli studenti che si iscrivono ad anni successivi al primo ( Comunicato stampa dell'Ateneo ).
Quello che penso della Riforma Cerea può essere letto in due post precedenti: " Dimissioni dal Consiglio degli Studenti " e " Consiglio degli Studenti del 31 marzo 2008 ".
Già nella lettera di dimissioni avevo fatto presente il problema dello scalone tra chi prende la borsa di studio e chi non ci arriva anche di un solo euro.
Per riassumere: lo studente fuori sede iscritto alla specialistica e beneficiario di borsa prende infatti 2350€ e non paga nulla di tasse; lo studente che invece, anche per un solo euro, non prende la borsa, paga 1290€ (se è bravo saranno rimborsati alla fine dei suoi studi).
A questa riflessione la risposta del Rettore fu "è un problema dell'Opera!". La risposta del CdA dell'Opera invece fu "è un problema dell'Università!".
A mio modo di vedere, competente sulla tassazione è l'Università. Gran parte degli studenti credono che l'esonero delle tasse sia concesso dall'Opera (e con l'Opera se la prenderanno quando scopriranno di non avere la borsa di studio e di dover pagare 1290€), in realtà è una decisione che viene presa dal CdA dell'Ateneo e inserita nel bando dell'Opera.
Se però si va a vedere di chi sarà il problema, hanno torto sia l'Opera sia l'Università: "è un problema degli studenti!".
Nell'ultimo periodo ho avuto modo di informarmi ulteriormente della Riforma Cerea ed è emerso un nuovo bug che oggi ho segnalato in Consiglio di Amministrazione (dove però non si può fare granchè, visto che l'Ateneo non ha mai chiesto un parere all'Opera):
nel suo modello Prof. Cerea never indicates that ICEF is a reference.
