Della paritetica in generale ho già parlato in altre occasioni (tra le tante, come dimenticare quella del 18 febbraio 2008 ).

Subito dopo la seduta di oggi (13 maggio) ho inviato una mail al Preside, Prof. Toniatti dal titolo " Proposte per il Consiglio di Facoltà del 14 maggio 2008 ".
E' più o meno un riassunto della seduta di oggi, alla quale il Preside non ha preso parte.

Vi riporto la mail:

"Egregio Mr Dean,

I am writing, following the last session of the Joint Committee on Education, to report a number of proposals have emerged ahead of the Faculty Council Wednesday, May 14:

- Prospective Students:

• is questioned the mutilation of the courses in "Economic Analysis of Law" and "Law of Intermediaries and Financial Markets" in the manner set out in the mail sent to me by Thursday, May 8;

- Proposals for the integration of the degree courses:

• constitutional Path: Law and gender
  
• Path Enterprise: Economic Analysis of Law; DIRITO of intermediaries and financial markets, privatization
• Path: Economic Analysis of Law; DIRITO intermediaries and financial markets, transnational
• Path: Economic Analysis of Law;
• Path law, society, religion: Law and Gender, Sociology of law;
• In general it seemed appropriate to invite the teachers to propose additions to the trails. Who better than a teacher knows the characteristics of their courses.

- Examinations characterizing the degree:

• The list of tests that characterize the degree is pretty park. Were not placed under any additional tests address the characterization of the curriculum of some students. In view of the Faculty Council on May 14, renewed the proposal to amend already well advanced with the above mail.
